Description

  • Lead month-end close analysis and explain variances between actuals, budget, and forecast.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting that highlights trends, risks, and opportunities for NAMER and global regions.
  • Partner with regional directors and department heads to translate financial data into actionable budget and headcount insights.
  • Build and optimize multi-dimensional P&L reporting, including client- and department-level profitability analysis.
  • Maintain accurate global allocations and intercompany markups aligned with business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain API integrations with Workday, Salesforce, and Greenhouse to automate data flow.
  • Design complex SQL queries in BigQuery to consolidate global data and support reconciliations.
  • Ensure actuals vs. forecast reconciliations are accurate and require minimal manual intervention.
  • Act as the final gatekeeper for data accuracy and identify logic errors before executive reviews.

Requirements

  • Advanced understanding of P&L structures, budgeting and forecasting cycles, and the difference between management and statutory reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL, specifically BigQuery.
  • Experience with Python or Javascript/Apps Script for API handling and workflow automation is highly valued.
  • Proven experience designing executive dashboards in Looker Studio or a similar BI tool.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Netsuite or Lucanet.
  • Familiarity with CRM and HRIS tools such as Salesforce, Workday, and Greenhouse.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required.
