Description

  • Define and implement standardized PMO processes, including maintaining and managing database files.
  • Coordinate and streamline process networks across functions within the PMO.
  • Develop and maintain project management processes, including mapping and roadmap execution.
  • Support project lifecycle management and ensure alignment with PMO standards.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders across North America.
  • Analyze project performance, priorities, and objectives to support decision-making.
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities related to project initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement within PMO processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within a PMO or project environment.
  • Strong experience with forecasting and budgeting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Experience in process mapping and optimization is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail is preferred.
