Description

  • Build and own senior client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for program-level communications.
  • Establish credibility with clients and internal stakeholders through clear thinking, follow-through, and sound decision-making.
  • Define and drive the program vision, strategy, and roadmap across all workstreams and teams.
  • Make program-level decisions, including difficult ones, without unnecessary escalation.
  • Lead a large, complex program with accountability across a team of 40 to 50 people.
  • Maintain close visibility into execution to identify blockers, delivery risks, and changes needed before issues reach the client.
  • Drive alignment across engineering, product, design, and delivery teams around shared outcomes and ownership.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve program structure, team configuration, and delivery practices.
  • Manage the commercial health of the account, including margin, revenue recognition, and forecast accuracy.
  • Partner with the Client Partner on growth, renewals, and commercial discussions when needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology services programs in a consulting or agency environment.
  • Proven track record managing programs of $5M or more annually.
  • Direct accountability for budget, margin, and revenue recognition.
  • Experience leading teams of 30 or more people across multiple disciplines and seniority levels.
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to identify risk, protect margin, and support growth and renewal conversations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior client relationships in complex, high-stakes environments.
  • Experience assessing team performance and making resourcing decisions that balance delivery quality with financial sustainability.
  • Experience establishing clear program direction and alignment across a diverse, distributed stakeholder group.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver concise executive-level updates.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks with globally distributed teams.
  • Remote role based in the USA; occasional travel may be expected.
  • Return-to-office expectations may apply if living within commuting distance of an office, based on current company policy.
