Description

  • Own the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle for strategic Customer Engagement transformation opportunities in partnership with sales leadership.
  • Shape and lead complex enterprise pursuits, including opportunity qualification, solution visioning, proposal strategy, and executive presentations.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of enterprise Customer Engagement transformation opportunities.
  • Conduct executive discovery sessions and strategic workshops to identify business priorities and transformation opportunities.
  • Architect enterprise customer engagement solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, data platforms, and AI capabilities.
  • Translate complex business challenges into scalable transformation strategies across people, process, data, and technology.
  • Define high-level solution architectures, implementation strategies, and delivery models for complex enterprise engagements.
  • Lead the development of proposals, executive presentations, pursuit materials, and software demonstration strategies.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business and technology leaders throughout the pursuit process.
  • Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, marketing initiatives, and mentorship of consultants and solution architects.

Requirements

  • Highly experienced consulting professional with a strong track record of originating and managing multi-million-dollar consulting engagements.
  • Experience shaping enterprise transformation programs and leading high-value pursuits in a professional services environment.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft ecosystem solutions, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, data, and AI.
  • Experience leading executive discovery sessions, workshops, executive presentations, and competitive proposal defenses.
  • Ability to develop solution narratives, proposal content, and demonstration strategies for complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Experience collaborating with sales leaders, practice leaders, delivery teams, and solution architects.
  • Background in customer engagement, modern CRM platforms, or customer-centric operating models is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-enabled customer engagement, data-driven insights, or enterprise transformation strategy is preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed for a virtual, home-based role.
  • Experience mentoring consultants and supporting practice development is preferred.
