Description

  • Lead CE/CX pursuit strategy from qualification through sales-to-delivery handoff for strategic opportunities.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with executives and functional leaders to define business outcomes, priorities, constraints, and success measures.
  • Create solution narratives spanning Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, analytics, integrations, data migration, adoption, and managed services.
  • Develop estimates, assumptions, exclusions, delivery models, timelines, staffing plans, margin considerations, and risk reviews.
  • Own pursuit quality for large deals, including commercial assumptions, delivery feasibility, and transition readiness.
  • Partner with sales, delivery, architects, SMEs, Microsoft, and GT stakeholders on integrated pursuit strategy.
  • Build reusable presales assets such as discovery guides, demo scripts, proposal sections, SOW blocks, and handoff templates.
  • Implement presales governance, including stage gates, review cadences, QA, and deal desk escalation.
  • Maintain selective billable involvement in advisory, architecture validation, delivery mobilization, or executive workshops.
  • Represent MCA Connect in executive client conversations, co-sell motions, workshops, webinars, and account planning.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise CRM/CX transformation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, integrations, analytics, and business process modernization.
  • Proven ability to shape complex pursuits, build estimates, write proposal/SOW content, and transition commitments into delivery.
  • Experience facilitating executive workshops and guiding executive discovery.
  • Understanding of manufacturing, distribution, field service, professional services, private equity/M&A integration, or related industries preferred.
  • Ability to balance growth, delivery realism, commercial quality, scope discipline, risk management, and client relationships.
  • Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, commercial judgment, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence multi-million-dollar enterprise pursuits and translate ambiguous client vision into practical scope and roadmap.
  • Relevant D365 CE, Power Platform, and solution architecture certifications preferred; Microsoft ecosystem fluency required.
  • Remote location with travel up to 50%.
