Description

  • Design end-to-end Data & Analytics architectures aligned with client objectives and technology strategy.
  • Lead solution discovery workshops and architecture sessions with client stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, high-performing technical solutions.
  • Architect cloud-based data platforms, analytical ecosystems, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Define architecture blueprints for ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, security, analytics, and reporting.
  • Advise clients on best practices, emerging technologies, and architecture decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, scientists, consultants, and business stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical leadership during implementation and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Establish standards, best practices, reusable assets, and reference architectures.
  • Support presales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, proposal creation, RFI/RFP responses, and solution presentations.
  • Contribute to capability development, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and Competency Center growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics.
  • Hands-on expertise across at least 2 Data & Analytics platforms, including Databricks.
  • Databricks Professional certification.
  • Proven data platform design and architecture experience.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead technical conversations and present solutions.
  • Databricks Architect Champion (preferred).
  • Cloud architect certification in Azure, AWS, or GCP (preferred).
  • Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or BigQuery (preferred).
  • Experience with lakehouse, data mesh, and data governance (preferred).
  • GenAI / ML solution design experience (preferred).
  • Strong SQL and Python skills, with familiarity with dbt or similar ELT tooling (preferred).
  • Presales experience with RFPs/RFIs and technical proposals (preferred).
