Description

  • Own client success for an assigned portfolio by acting as the central liaison between MCA Connect and the client after implementation.
  • Establish project satisfaction criteria and quantify ROI metrics with clients and the implementation team before engagement.
  • Measure success during and after implementation, including regular check-ins and client satisfaction surveys.
  • Lead quarterly or semi-annual business reviews to assess ROI and identify ways to improve business operations.
  • Hold bi-weekly client calls to address open issues, work requests, and account concerns.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans for each client, adjusting plans as client needs change.
  • Identify and develop cross-sell and additional services opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with field sales, pre-sales, service line managers, subject matter experts, and marketing on scopes, communications, and account growth.
  • Support project transition, reporting, steering committee presentations, status meetings, and change order reviews with the project manager.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data across accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or consulting in client-facing business applications service delivery roles.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development.
  • Strong track record of delivering value in a customer environment while generating profit.
  • Experience in IT industry and IT consulting, specifically software implementation and project management with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) and CRM.
  • Proven client engagement capability.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate strategic direction into tactical deliverables.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies or competitive platforms is preferred.
  • Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain/distribution, and related business processes is preferred.
  • Experience in a professional services or consulting organization is preferred.
