Description

  • Own end-to-end sales for the assigned region.
  • Convert leads into signed clients while meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Navigate complex enterprise healthcare organizations to identify decision makers and handle objections.
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospect needs and pain points to better position maxRTE’s software.
  • Generate partnership opportunities with organizations that sell into health systems.
  • Attend conferences, networking events, and industry association activities such as HFMA to support lead generation and market knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including Product and Operations, and work directly with the CEO.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in the CRM.
  • Negotiate contracts as part of the sales process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Hospital and Health System SaaS sales.
  • Demonstrated success selling to VP of Revenue Cycle, Director of Patient Access, and C-level executives.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare providers, their teams, and the health insurance ecosystem.
  • Commission-based compensation structure, with 50% of compensation tied to commission.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and craft or pivot outbound strategy as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas to end users and engineering teams.
  • Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and often ambiguous environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in deep problem solving and consultative enterprise-level sales.
  • Must be available to work in the Eastern time zone.
  • Preferred: distributed workforce experience or comfort working in a fully remote U.S.-based team.
