Description

  • Build lead lists using websites, LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and industry directories.
  • Research prospects to personalize outreach based on company size, focus, and pain points.
  • Qualify inbound leads and determine fit against company criteria.
  • Schedule consultations and meetings for the Sales Manager or in-person closing team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing on follow-up for campaigns and events.
  • Learn the company’s offerings, ideal customer profile, and value proposition.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets for calls, emails, and meetings booked.
  • Track and report outreach performance and lead conversion metrics.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of Sales Development experience in the Healthcare, Aesthetic, or Wellness industry.
  • Customer Service or BPO experience is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
  • Proficiency in lead research and personalized outreach using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Crunchbase.
  • Experience using CRM systems is required.
  • Willingness to work US time zones, including PST, EST, and CST.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Stable high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 Mbps or higher, with backup connectivity.
  • Own PC or laptop with at least 8GB RAM, Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher, and Windows 10/Catalina 10.15 or newer.
  • Noise-canceling headset or earphones and a webcam with 720p or higher resolution.
  • A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions.
