Description

  • Design and deploy enterprise-grade AI agent systems (sales, customer service, recruitment, executive insight).
  • Build working prototypes and production-ready AI automations and modular solutions for repeatable enterprise deployment.
  • Select and implement appropriate AI models, frameworks and guardrails based on use case, latency and cost.
  • Architect multi-agent workflows, including tool/function calling, workflow orchestration and memory systems.
  • Integrate AI agents with CRM and business systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho) using REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks and automation tools.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector database-backed knowledge retrieval and semantic data structuring.
  • Develop conversational and voice AI solutions, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech and telephony or real-time integrations.
  • Design and apply data governance, prompt injection mitigation, AI monitoring and evaluation practices for responsible deployments.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate technical designs into commercial outcomes and enterprise deployments.

Requirements

  • 12–24 months hands-on experience building AI agents or AI automation systems.
  • Proven working prototype examples of AI agents already built and deployed (must be able to demonstrate; include links/demos/documentation).
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and platforms such as OpenAI ecosystem, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI and open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral or similar).
  • Experience with multi-agent systems, RAG, memory systems, structured outputs, guardrails and workflow orchestration for AI agents.
  • Experience with vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma or similar) and semantic/business data modelling for AI use cases.
  • Experience integrating AI with CRMs and business systems and familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks and automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n or similar); Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Experience with conversational AI frameworks, AI voice agents and speech-to-text/text-to-speech systems; telephony or real-time integration experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles, prompt injection mitigation, AI monitoring/evaluation and responsible AI deployment.
  • Strong systems-thinking and architecture mindset, commercial awareness, and comfort operating in a fast-moving innovation environment.
  • Willingness to work in a flexible location (UAE / Europe / Remote) and report to Group CEO / Head of Innovation.
