Description

  • Design, build, test, and deploy internal Next.js applications, dashboards, tools, and automations from approved technical designs.
  • Identify and automate inefficient processes across marketing, operations, finance, customer service, and e-commerce.
  • Develop and maintain n8n workflows integrating Claude with business systems through APIs and webhooks.
  • Design agent-based architectures, including sub-agents and orchestration agents, for complex business processes.
  • Create reusable prompt templates, Claude Projects, custom skills, and automation patterns.
  • Develop prompt-engineering standards, test prompt performance, and resolve hallucinations or inconsistent outputs.
  • Deliver AI training, documentation, video walkthroughs, coaching, and self-service resources across departments.
  • Research AI tools and capabilities and contribute to the company’s AI adoption roadmap and build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Systems & Data team and business departments to understand needs, integrate solutions, and report progress and impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience shipping production web applications using AI-accelerated development.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Claude Code, Claude Chat, and Claude Cowork.
  • Strong Supabase experience, including Postgres data modelling, Row Level Security, and edge functions.
  • Experience building and deploying Next.js applications on Vercel.
  • Disciplined GitHub workflows, including branching, pull requests, and preview and production environments.
  • Experience building and operating n8n workflows with error handling, APIs, and webhooks.
  • Ability to read and evaluate AI-generated TypeScript and SQL code and identify errors.
  • Ability to create Technical Design Documents covering architecture, data models, and security.
  • Experience designing agent-based workflows with sub-agents and orchestration agents.
  • Strong prompt-engineering, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile delivery, REST APIs, OAuth, JSON, and independent remote work aligned with UK business hours.
  • Preferred: software development background, NetSuite, Patchworks or other middleware, MCP, OpenAI or Gemini, Shopify, e-commerce operations, or D2C retail experience.
