Description

  • Lead technical onboarding, configuration, and production deployments for strategic enterprise and U.S. Federal customers.
  • Design and implement secure, scalable architectures across cloud, on-premises, hybrid, and air-gapped environments.
  • Support customer alignment with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DoD STIG, SOC 2, and related security frameworks.
  • Integrate Mattermost with SSO, SAML, OAuth, DevOps pipelines, and monitoring tools.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts and provide proactive guidance to reduce operational risk.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve complex issues and represent customer needs.
  • Develop reusable deployment scripts, playbooks, and technical documentation.
  • Present technical concepts to executive and technical stakeholders and maintain records of architectural decisions and customer feedback.
  • Build customer relationships that drive adoption, expansion, and long-term success.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, Customer Success Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux administration, networking, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Hands-on scripting or development experience with Python, Go, Node.js, or similar languages.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure system architecture.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and workflows, including GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, and Terraform.
  • Experience managing large enterprise or government customers and aligning delivery with business and security requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility to access export-controlled information under EAR and ITAR.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
  • Preferred: experience with Federal agencies, defense or regulated industries, ITSM, compliance standards, secure collaboration platforms, mobile device management, or high-growth SaaS companies.

Benefits
