Description

  • Own the full sales cycle, from generating pipeline to closing six-figure enterprise deals.
  • Identify and close new enterprise customers within a defined territory.
  • Grow Matillion’s footprint within existing customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to maximize new customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and channel partners to build pipeline and progress opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology and consulting partners.
  • Educate partners on Matillion’s value to create new business opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and solution architecture teams.
  • Navigate enterprise software contracts and RFP processes.
  • Translate customer technical challenges into business value for stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle sales experience in a complex technology solution-selling environment.
  • Consistently achieved and exceeded $1M+ ARR quotas.
  • Track record of sourcing and closing six-figure deals.
  • Experience using sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling.
  • Experience navigating large enterprise software contracts and RFP processes.
  • Proven ability to independently source, manage, develop, and onboard new customers.
  • Strong pipeline management experience.
  • Ability to uncover technical challenges and translate them into a clear business value proposition.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Benefits

  • Estimated annual base salary of $106,500 - $160,000.
  • Total on-target annual earnings of $213,000 - $320,000 including commissions.
