Description

  • Own the entire sales process from generating pipeline to closing six-figure deals and managing enterprise customers.
  • Develop a territory strategy to maximize new customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and channel partners to build and accelerate pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology and consulting partners to create new business opportunities.
  • Educate partners on the value of Matillion and Maia to support demand generation.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and solution architecture teams.
  • Translate customer technical challenges into clear business value propositions for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage enterprise accounts and customer onboarding throughout the sales cycle.
  • Continuously learn and apply new sales techniques to improve performance.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle sales experience in a complex technology solution-selling environment.
  • Consistent achievement and overachievement of $1M+ ARR quotas.
  • Track record of sourcing and closing six-figure deals.
  • Experience using sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling.
  • Experience navigating large enterprise software contracts and RFP processes.
  • Proven ability to independently source, manage, develop, and onboard new customers.
  • Strong pipeline management experience.
  • Ability to identify technical challenges and translate them into business value.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience in enterprise software sales is preferred.
