Description

Plan, design, and develop test cases for functional and non-functional testing.
Execute functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
Manage defects through the full lifecycle and perform root cause analysis.
Produce test reports, quality metrics, and release validation results.
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, and REST Assured.
Validate databases and perform SQL-based testing.
Build and maintain test automation using Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, SHAFT Engine, or Cypress.
Conduct performance testing using JMeter, Locust, Gatling, or k6.
Evaluate AI outputs, benchmark LLM responses, and validate them against quality metrics and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

3–6+ years of software quality assurance experience.
3+ years of hands-on test automation experience (mandatory).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience testing AI-enabled applications, Generative AI, LLMs, or data-driven platforms is highly preferred.
Knowledge of AI response validation, prompt testing, and data quality is a plus.
CI/CD knowledge with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology (mandatory).
ISTQB CTFL certification (mandatory).
ISTQB Advanced Level certification is a plus.
Native Arabic speaker (mandatory) and fluent in English, written and spoken.
Availability to work remotely during Saudi Arabia business hours (AST, UTC+3).
