Description

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Principal CRM Strategist to develop and deliver CRM strategies for clients.
  • Translate strategic frameworks and recommendations into clear, actionable initiatives for execution teams.
  • Join client sessions throughout the delivery and sales lifecycle to identify challenges and shape strategy.
  • Support the creation of client pitches using strategy, data, and insight to tell compelling stories.
  • Run strategy sessions grounded in lifecycle thinking, best practices, and CRM principles.
  • Align CRM strategy with client KPIs, performance goals, and ROI objectives.
  • Analyze customer communications and use insights to inform future campaign decisions.
  • Contribute to audience selection, next-best actions, content, and timing recommendations.
  • Help clients and internal teams understand complex concepts through simple, compelling narratives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on CRM experience.
  • At least 2 years in a dedicated CRM Strategy role.
  • Experience working in an agency, consultancy, or client-side team.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
  • Deep understanding of CRM ecosystems and martech tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and similar platforms.
  • Confidence presenting complex strategies and turning insights into clear value propositions and activation plans.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing customer communications and campaign performance.
  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America.
  • Valid work visa and right to work; sponsorship is not available.
  • For contractors, proof of incorporation and up-to-date insurance is required.
