Description

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to create cardholder experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Lead the development of React Native-based SDKs and applications with strong performance and platform integration.
  • Architect and implement reusable React Native components using modern design patterns and best practices.
  • Optimize mobile application performance through techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, profiling, and efficient rendering.
  • Build and maintain scalable front-end solutions using React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Define technical roadmaps, design documents, and system architecture for high-quality UI experiences.
  • Participate in design discussions, advise stakeholders, and establish best practices for web and mobile development.
  • Advocate for and implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring.
  • Mentor junior engineers and help lead mobile development initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot cross-platform issues and debug complex performance and integration problems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in web and mobile application development with a focus on React Native.
  • Strong proficiency in React Native, including experience with React Navigation, Expo, and native module development.
  • Experience integrating React Native applications with native iOS and Android components.
  • Deep understanding of React.js, Redux, Context API, or similar state management frameworks.
  • Experience working with design systems and component-based architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile performance optimization, including profiling, memory management, and UI rendering optimizations.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL into mobile and web applications.
  • Familiarity with mobile authentication techniques, including OAuth, biometric authentication, and secure session management.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile development, such as Fastlane, Bitrise, or App Center.
  • Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows, including feature branching and pull request reviews.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Swift and/or Kotlin for deeper native integrations in React Native apps (nice to have).
  • Domain experience in Payments or Fintech industries (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with App Store and Google Play Store deployment processes, including code signing, release management, and A/B testing (nice to have).
  • Experience using TypeScript to improve maintainability and scalability in React Native applications (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of WebAssembly, PWAs, or alternative approaches to cross-platform development (nice to have).
