Description

  • Translate learning strategy into actionable roadmaps and manage end-to-end project and program delivery.
  • Identify, pilot, and implement emerging learning trends and AI-driven innovations.
  • Oversee the professional development budget to support individual growth and organizational capability.
  • Build and scale a manager excellence framework for people leaders.
  • Partner on high-potential development plans and stretch experiences for key talent.
  • Expand coaching programs into a structured community of practice.
  • Assess the current learning technology environment and recommend future roadmap improvements.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate the design, development, and global rollout of learning content.
  • Create high-fidelity digital learning content using tools such as Articulate.
  • Collaborate with Talent Development, Talent Analytics, and People Technology partners to measure impact and improve the learning experience.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
  • Proven experience working within Workday and multiple LMS/LXP platforms.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline/Rise or similar rapid-authoring tools is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn learning strategy into execution through strong project management.
  • Experience mentoring others to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI to scale learning design, development, or implementation.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
  • Experience facilitating high-impact learning sessions and teaching others.
  • Ability to work remotely anywhere in the United States or from the Oakland office.

  • Base salary range of $150,300–$187,800 for National, $162,600–$203,300 for Premium, or $176,800–$221,000 for Premium Plus locations.
