Description

  • Meet or exceed an annual sales quota of $1 million USD or more.
  • Identify, develop, and win new enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Create and manage account plans to retain and grow existing client revenue and renewals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and partners to drive sales growth.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles using customer-centric selling and MEDDPICC.
  • Collaborate with business development, presales, marketing, and sales teams to close deals.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.com.
  • Work independently as a regional contributor while reporting to the Sales Director.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of database or data management sales experience.
  • Up to 10 years of consultative sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $1 million USD annual sales quotas.
  • Experience selling complex solutions at a senior level.
  • Ability to manage large enterprise opportunities while closing transactional and renewal business.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
  • Willing and able to travel within the assigned region.
  • Experience working effectively in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
  • Vietnamese and English fluency, both verbal and written.
  • Experience selling open source or cloud software solutions is preferred.
  • Experience qualifying opportunities with MEDDICC or MEDDPICC is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of the open source ecosystem, including community and commercial licensing models, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Salesloft, and other sales and prospecting tools is preferred.
