Description

  • Prepare and update international assignment documentation, files, and contract-related materials for expatriate arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate data in assignment management systems such as MyMobility to support policy and regulatory compliance.
  • Review invoices and manage documentation workflows with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analyze unique assignment cases, interpret guidelines, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions across teams.
  • Assess downstream impacts of decisions across payroll, tax, immigration, benefits, finance, and compliance.
  • Partner with external vendors, government agencies, and mobility service providers on documentation, services, compliance, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate with Payroll/Tax, HR, Finance, Total Rewards, and other departments to resolve escalated issues and align assignment execution.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain data for cost estimations, authorization files, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Support optimization of global mobility tools, templates, processes, and cross-functional workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in global mobility support.
  • Experience handling confidential information and supporting complex HR processes.
  • Experience managing sensitive data such as global mobility compensation and payroll data discreetly.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to assess nuanced scenarios and develop informed recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues independently.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones.
  • Comfort with learning global tax laws related to expatriates.
  • Experience communicating internally across regions and with vendors.
  • Familiarity with Workday, MyMobility, G-drive, or similar tools is preferred.
