Description

  • Take full ownership of talent sourcing processes and candidate experiences with limited supervision.
  • Craft and implement sourcing strategies to identify and engage talent across multiple APAC markets.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for marketers, creatives, events specialists, content strategists, social media experts, creative technologists, and related roles.
  • Manage day-to-day candidate sourcing using recruitment marketing tools such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, and Workable.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements, including scheduling interviews for candidates.
  • Create and grow a strong network of potential talent for current hiring needs and future business expansion.
  • Provide market insights by preparing and presenting reports to improve hiring processes and recruiting KPIs.
  • Draft job descriptions and post them on relevant market-specific job portals.
  • Screen resumes to assess candidate fit against role requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Candidate Sourcer/Researcher in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency, or within a recruitment consultancy.
  • Proven network of marketing and creative talent across APAC.
  • Experience sourcing talent regionally or globally is highly desirable.
  • Strong commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and interviewing process.
  • Demonstrated ownership, self-direction, and ability to work with little supervision.
  • Strong influencing, consulting, relationship-building, and referral-generation skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in another Asian language is ideally preferred for APAC-facing work.
