Description

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, from hiring manager briefings to candidate feedback.
  • Source IT candidates across multiple channels, including active search and outreach.
  • Write job advertisements and support candidate attraction efforts.
  • Conduct partner-style interviews using behavioral techniques.
  • Collaborate daily with hiring managers in Poland and the United States.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Evaluate candidates for cultural fit and alignment with team needs.
  • Use data, insights, and independent judgment to improve hiring decisions and recruitment practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Experience in an international environment is preferred.
  • Very good English skills; fluent English is required for an American scale-up context.
  • Strong Polish language skills at C2 level.
  • Confidence in sourcing, including Boolean search and X-Ray search.
  • Experience conducting recruitment interviews using behavioral techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and ask insightful questions.
  • Ability to work independently, organize your own work, and propose initiatives.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Ability to come to the Warsaw office occasionally.
  • Experience in product companies is an advantage.
