Description

  • Lead end-to-end execution of web launches, including A/B testing frameworks and BAU architectural updates.
  • Orchestrate bug tracking and resolution using the client's proprietary bug analysis tool and coordinate with development teams during staging.
  • Govern the web review process and decision-making structure to ensure compliance with global protocols for new digital deployments.
  • Manage localisation workstreams with regional PMMs to improve cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy across APAC markets.
  • Monitor platform health and user engagement using Google Analytics and dashboarding tools, and assess revenue impact.
  • Analyse A/B testing results to determine statistical significance and improve conversion performance against regional benchmarks.
  • Prepare regional performance reporting and support executive presentations and internal strategic forums.
  • Manage Toll-Free Number lifecycle activities across integrated media channels, including acquisition, deprecation, and monthly audits.
  • Reconcile lead quality and TFN data against CRM records to maintain compliance, accuracy, and attribution integrity.
  • Publish case studies and editorial content to web platforms through the central content management system.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and project management software, with Asana preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organisation and manage expectations across global and local stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly for technical filing in Buganizer and data auditing.
  • Proven success managing complex web updates and testing schedules with precision.
  • Experience ensuring TFN tracking and campaign attribution accuracy in SFDC/MMR.
  • Ability to coordinate localisation and A/B testing across 7+ APAC priority markets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
