Description

Define and maintain an automation roadmap aligned with team goals and product evolution.
Act as a subject matter expert in test strategy and tooling within the team’s domain.
Design and manage automated testing suites, including CI/CD pipeline development.
Validate deployments across multiple cloud environments.
Work closely with developers to improve product quality.
Design and implement robust, scalable test solutions for cloud-based products.
Develop cloud test strategies, automation frameworks, and validation tools with product managers and other SDETs.
Support testing of deployments and integrations across cloud environments.

Requirements

Experience in Software Development in Test with a strong focus on cloud automation.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, C#, or Java.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, SDKs, and system integration testing.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based testing environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Grafana, DataDog, or CloudWatch (nice to have).
Experience with BDD (nice to have).
Experience with AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, and OpenSearch (nice to have).
Exposure to security testing, performance testing, and regression strategies (nice to have).
Experience with Docker containers (nice to have).
