Description

  • Find and verify potential leads' email addresses and phone numbers using Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Instantly, Apollo, Contact Out, and similar tools.
  • Automate email, voicemail, and SMS outreach campaigns using HubSpot, Instantly, and related platforms.
  • Write personalized email, SMS, and voicemail scripts using ChatGPT.
  • Launch, monitor, and analyze the performance of outreach campaigns across email, SMS, and voicemail channels.
  • Support digital lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads.
  • Maintain CRM records with accurate contact information and activity updates.
  • Generate and present reports on campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and sales operations data.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, outreach efforts, and strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales operations, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Instantly, Apollo, Contact Out, HubSpot, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong understanding of automation services and how to use them to improve sales efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research skills to identify and verify potential leads.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to support sales processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to complete pre-employment assessments and participate in a managerial interview and HR discussion.
