Description

Drive change within Product and Engineering to improve processes, practices, and culture.
Work with Engineering Leadership and product delivery teams to improve alignment, speed, and operational consistency.
Lead AI transformation implementation across the engineering organisation and embed new ways of working.
Coach engineers and directors in execution and help unblock ongoing transformation efforts.
Support quality assurance and seamless launches across engineering initiatives.
Advocate for best practices in tools, instrumentation, and data integrity.
Provide insights on workflow flow, bottlenecks, and metrics tied to business outcomes.
Build and maintain dashboards in Jira, Confluence, and Compass.
Help the organisation self-organize around defined, measurable outcomes.
Lead ad hoc projects across the business and hand off change to product management, engineering, and operations owners.

Requirements

Experience and openness toward using AI to improve day-to-day work and engineering operations.
Business acumen, including financial literacy, business models, planning, change management, project management, goal setting, and organisation design.
Exposure to product strategy, product management, and/or program marketing in a SaaS company.
Expertise in Agile and Scrum development practices.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, Salesforce, Power BI, and similar tools.
Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills for turning complex data into clear presentations.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and handling confidential information.
Must already be located in Finland, Sweden, or Norway and have a valid work permit for the country of employment.
Remote work within Europe only, with no relocation support provided.
