Description

  • Define and own the end-to-end delivery methodology, including value discovery, automation blueprinting, outcome measurement, and delivery governance.
  • Design the model for identifying, designing, and deploying AI agents as a digital workforce within customer environments.
  • Develop toolkits, templates, and repeatable assets that make the practice scalable across a distributed delivery team.
  • Establish quality standards and a continuous improvement process based on field experience.
  • Build the multi-year business case for the practice, including market sizing, revenue model, margin targets, and investment requirements.
  • Create the resourcing strategy, including capability profiles, headcount planning, and talent sourcing approach.
  • Evaluate build-versus-buy-versus-partner options and assess potential acquisition targets.
  • Define the go-to-market motion, including how the practice is packaged, priced, and positioned.
  • Develop partnership and channel models to extend delivery capacity without proportional headcount growth.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop the initial cohort of internal practitioners and personally lead select high-value engagements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or professional services focused on business transformation, operating model design, or organizational change.
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling a services practice, business unit, or consulting capability, including P&L ownership or significant budget responsibility.
  • Strong strategic planning skills, including the ability to move from market analysis to business case to execution roadmap.
  • Experience sizing markets and defending assumptions.
  • Experience evaluating inorganic growth options such as partnerships, acquisitions, or capability buys, including diligence and integration considerations.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, including comfort presenting to leadership teams or boards.
  • A track record of translating strategy into operating reality by writing playbooks used by delivery teams.
  • Experience in or around enterprise software, SaaS, or intelligent automation.
  • Exposure to AI agent frameworks, agentic workflow design, or digital workforce delivery models.
  • Familiarity with document management, process automation, or information governance domains.
  • Prior experience working within or alongside a high-growth technology company, preferred.
  • Exposure to reseller or partner-led delivery models, preferred.
