Description

  • Lead and coach a team of sales attorneys to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
  • Implement a structured coaching cadence tailored to reps at different experience levels.
  • Conduct call reviews, one-on-one meetings, role plays, and real-time whisper coaching during calls.
  • Build a framework that develops solid performers into top performers.
  • Maintain top performer engagement, recognition, and retention.
  • Address underperformance directly and make decisive personnel recommendations when improvement stalls.
  • Track team performance closely and tie coaching efforts to business outcomes.
  • Help create a scalable sales system that supports growth across multiple states.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume, consultative sales with successful phone-based closing.
  • Experience leading hundreds of sales calls and understanding top-tier sales performance.
  • Strong hands-on coaching ability with call reviews, role plays, and one-on-one development.
  • Ability to challenge high performers, address complacency, and handle tough conversations.
  • Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes and goals.
  • High energy and enthusiasm to motivate a sales team.
  • Comfort making decisive personnel decisions, including letting underperformers go when necessary.
  • Experience using AI in practical, innovative ways is preferred.
  • Background in transactional, low-touch, or primarily in-person sales is not a fit.
  • No law degree required.

Benefits

  • $150,000 - $225,000 total compensation package.
