Description

  • Lead and support the sales attorney team to improve conversion performance.
  • Build and run a structured coaching cadence tailored to rep experience levels.
  • Conduct call reviews, one-on-ones, role plays, and real-time whisper coaching.
  • Help top performers stay engaged, challenged, and retained.
  • Provide intensive support to new and struggling reps.
  • Set clear performance expectations and manage underperformance decisively.
  • Own team performance outcomes and adjust coaching based on results.
  • Create a scalable, repeatable sales coaching system to support multi-state growth.

Requirements

  • Experience leading high-volume, consultative sales teams and closing high-value deals over the phone.
  • Hundreds of successful sales calls and a clear understanding of top-tier sales performance.
  • Strong hands-on coaching experience with call reviews, role plays, and one-on-one development.
  • Ability to hold tough conversations and challenge complacency or underperformance.
  • Comfort taking ownership of outcomes, adapting to setbacks, and driving results.
  • High energy and the ability to motivate a team in repetitive intake call environments.
  • Decisive personnel management skills, including giving feedback and letting people go when needed.
  • Strong interest in using AI in daily work and finding practical AI use cases.
  • Experience in transactional, low-touch, or primarily in-person sales is not a fit.
  • No law degree is required, and prior attorney management experience is not required.

Benefits

  • $150,000 - $225,000 total compensation package.
