Description

  • Lead and coach the sales attorney team to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
  • Implement a structured coaching cadence tailored to reps at different experience levels.
  • Conduct call reviews, role plays, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Provide real-time whisper coaching during calls for new or struggling representatives.
  • Develop top performers so they stay challenged, engaged, and retained.
  • Address underperformance with clear feedback, coaching, and decisive action when improvement is not happening.
  • Track team performance closely and tie coaching efforts to business outcomes.
  • Build a scalable, repeatable sales coaching system that supports growth across new states.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume, consultative sales with success closing high-value deals over the phone.
  • Experience leading hundreds of successful sales calls.
  • Strong hands-on coaching background with call reviews, role plays, and one-on-one development.
  • Ability to challenge high performers and handle tough performance conversations.
  • Strong ownership mentality and comfort being accountable for team outcomes.
  • High energy and ability to motivate a team in repetitive intake-call environments.
  • Results-driven approach with careful performance tracking and goal setting.
  • Comfort making decisive personnel decisions, including letting underperformers go.
  • Experience using AI in work processes and enthusiasm for expanding AI use cases.
  • Experience in transactional, low-touch, or primarily in-person sales is not a fit.

Benefits

  • $150,000 - $225,000 total compensation package.
