Description

  • Build tooling and services that power machine learning and generative AI solutions in production.
  • Develop training and inference platform services.
  • Design model evaluation metrics and testing frameworks.
  • Build services that expose machine learning and AI-based products.
  • Deploy and manage applications that support the AI/ML SDLC process.
  • Write code daily and contribute directly to implementation work.
  • Spearhead cross-functional projects and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience deploying ML/AI solutions in production environments.
  • Strong Python coding skills and ability to write high-quality code.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs.
  • Experience defining and using Protobuf messages.
  • Experience working with Docker and deploying applications to Kubernetes.
  • Experience with relational and low-latency databases.
  • Experience working with Celery.
  • Experience building RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) solutions (preferred).
  • Experience setting up and maintaining vector databases (preferred).
  • Experience writing production code in Java/Kotlin (preferred).
  • Experience building solutions on cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS (preferred).
  • Experience working with highly sensitive data in a healthcare environment (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, consensus-building, and alignment skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to distill complex problems into clear priorities.
