Description

  • Architect and drive advanced machine learning solutions across the global ML organization.
  • Lead complex ML initiatives and help shape the team’s technical direction.
  • Mentor and develop junior ML engineers around the world.
  • Elevate engineering standards for scalable, production-ready machine learning systems.
  • Own models in production, including deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.
  • Build and fine-tune models from scratch rather than only integrating hosted APIs.
  • Analyze model behavior, evaluation results, and failure modes to improve performance.
  • Apply classical ML approaches to problems such as fraud, anomaly detection, recommendation, or churn/LTV.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in statistics, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Experience leading high-impact data science initiatives at scale, including billions of transactions.
  • Hands-on experience creating, training, and fine-tuning models.
  • Experience owning production models with real latency budgets.
  • Production experience with classical ML methods such as gradient boosting, deep learning, or graph-based models.
  • Knowledge of supervised learning, transfer learning, and neural networks.
  • Basic LLM knowledge, including when to use it and when not to use it.
  • MLOps foundations, including feature stores, experiment tracking, model registries, and continuous training pipelines.
  • Experience with model serving and inference optimization, including vLLM-class serving and quantization.
  • Preferred: publications, conference talks, or open-source contributions to training/evaluation tooling.
  • Preferred: graph-based fraud detection experience, including fraud rings and device/account linkage.
  • Preferred: experience in gaming, payments, fraud, or advertising domains.
  • Preferred: hands-on use of modern AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cursor.
