Description

  • Design, execute, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding, ramping, and ongoing skill development programs for GTM teams.
  • Manage and optimize Gong to identify winning behaviors, track initiative adoption, and build Gold Standard libraries.
  • Integrate AI tools such as Yoodli into enablement experiences to support scalable role-play and communication coaching.
  • Use AI productivity tools to accelerate content drafting, video editing, data analysis, and program synthesis.
  • Develop, track, and oversee assessments, certifications, and measurable outcomes for enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with the GTM Enablement team and cross-functional subject matter experts to create and deliver communications, live facilitation, templates, and playbooks.
  • Curate and maintain multi-modality learning content within the LMS and enablement platform.
  • Contribute to the planning and facilitation of large-scale initiatives such as annual kickoffs and product launches.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess enablement needs and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Support reporting efforts for enablement programs and provide insights and recommendations to improve initiatives and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or GTM Enablement.
  • Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch, from design and content creation through live facilitation and coaching.
  • Comfortable facilitating in person or virtual sessions for new hires, GTM individual contributors, and leaders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, enablement platforms, and LMS tools to organize knowledge and track impact.
  • Experience using revenue intelligence tools to identify winning behaviors and convert call insights into coaching strategies.
  • Active use of AI tools, or willingness to learn, to improve productivity and teach GTM teams to do the same.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and execute against business needs.
  • Strong ability to translate stakeholder needs and GTM pain points into simple, effective enablement solutions.
  • Experience in HR, Benefits, or Healthcare is a plus.
