Description

  • Own GTM systems roadmap planning by identifying, prioritizing, and reviewing system enhancements for Salesforce.
  • Partner with GTM Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to define business goals, success criteria, constraints, and problem statements.
  • Assess current-state processes, perform root cause analysis, and define future-state system and workflow designs.
  • Support solution planning by evaluating feasibility, level of effort, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
  • Stay current on Salesforce and GTM platform capabilities and guide administrators and developers toward scalable solutions.
  • Partner in testing, UAT, and release planning to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve data quality, process consistency, and cross-system integration.
  • Document processes, gather user feedback, and support change management and adoption efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with IT Salesforce administrators and architects to deliver system requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with GTM or revenue operations systems in a systems, operations, or business analyst capacity.
  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience as an Administrator or Systems Expert.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model, Flow, Process Builder, and integrated sales tools.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting current-state process assessments and implementing high-impact system changes.
  • 2+ years of experience partnering with business stakeholders on complex software implementations.
  • Experience integrating multiple software applications in a growth environment.
  • Familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, and Outreach.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator is required.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or Platform App Builder certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SQL and Tableau or other data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and customer success tools is preferred.
  • Ability to navigate unstructured problem spaces and drive alignment on future-state solutions.
  • Ability to lead stakeholders and manage multiple high-priority projects aligned to business objectives.
