Description

  • Manage local relationships and serve as the primary contact for key global corporate customers and new or existing clients in Australia.
  • Ensure seamless local program implementation and ongoing service delivery for customer accounts.
  • Respond to client needs and urgent issues, providing timely local support when required.
  • Collaborate with global and local account consultants to support successful program launches.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate local account risks and issues.
  • Work with the Customer Success team to turn potential issues into strategic opportunities.
  • Advise customers on service promotion and appropriate interventions based on the Australian mental health landscape.
  • Represent Lyra to senior customer stakeholders with confident and effective presentations.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience managing large corporate client relationships.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an EAP or comparable mental health services setting is preferred.
  • Background or qualification in Psychology or Mental Health is preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills and credibility with senior client stakeholders.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and highly positive approach to client interactions.
  • Ability to manage a flexible schedule to support client needs and crises when required.
  • Knowledge of the Australian mental health landscape.
  • Experience bridging local and global client relationships is desirable.

  • Salary range of $73,800 - $108,200 per year.
