Description

  • Manage Salesforce users, roles, permission sets, profiles, and security settings.
  • Handle daily support requests, administration tasks, system monitoring, maintenance, and scheduled jobs.
  • Perform data imports, deduplication, and data quality checks using Salesforce data tools.
  • Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and list views.
  • Build reports, dashboards, validation rules, workflows, and flows.
  • Support user acceptance testing and deployment of configuration changes.
  • Train users, support onboarding, and promote effective platform adoption.
  • Maintain configuration records, user guides, FAQs, and other platform documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between end users and technical teams to communicate feedback and enhancement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience administering Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Revenue Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce standard functionality and configuration tools.
  • Proficiency with data tools such as Data Loader.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and support requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications preferred.
  • Experience with user training or platform adoption initiatives preferred.
  • Experience with SOQL, prompt engineering, and flows preferred.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or SFDX preferred.
  • Experience with Agile, product-centric delivery models, Centres of Excellence, and AI tooling preferred.
