Description

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform tools.
Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionality, workflows, and integrations.
Build and improve interfaces for internal users, partners, and customers.
Contribute to Experience Cloud portals and partner-facing features.
Support multi-offer presentation workflows and automated document collection.
Implement AI-driven automation initiatives.
Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and enhance existing solutions.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver requirements.
Follow development, testing, deployment, and documentation best practices.

Requirements

4+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
Advanced production experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, automation, and customization.
Experience developing and maintaining Salesforce business workflows.
Hands-on AI project experience using Claude.
Experience in financial services, lending, financing, loan origination, or credit products.
Familiarity with Salesforce deployments, sandbox environments, change sets, or DevOps tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience with Experience Cloud, partner portals, document automation, integrations, or third-party financial systems preferred.
Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or JavaScript Developer I certification preferred.
