Description

  • Build and present data-driven growth strategies aligned to each client’s business goals.
  • Guide the strategic use of paid marketing channels, including social and search, to drive profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to ensure high-converting, brand-aligned creative is deployed and tested across channels.
  • Develop budget allocation strategies that maximize return and shift spend toward high-performing channels.
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor and client-facing point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Lead and mentor the pod team, including the Media Buyer, Project Coordinator, and Visual Creator.
  • Help define and refine internal best practices, testing methods, and playbooks.
  • Own end-to-end project flow and ensure quality execution from ads through landing pages.
  • Support the implementation of the Growth Marketing OS to help clients overcome growth challenges and scale profitably.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of eCommerce paid social strategy experience, with DTC experience as a plus.
  • Proven success managing and driving results with $40k+ per month ad budgets.
  • Strong marketing expertise in creative strategy, data analysis, and fundamentals.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with MER, CLTV, nCPA, and other key business metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-centered mindset.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Alignment with Right Hook’s values, especially Client Success and Elevate One Another.
