Description

  • Lead the overall performance and outbound marketing efforts for the local or regional market.
  • Manage and oversee the Lucid studio in a retail environment.
  • Train, coach, motivate, and set goals for the team to improve sales performance.
  • Create marketing and event opportunities that increase brand exposure and generate new Lucid owners.
  • Monitor market, sales, and operational performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze sales reports, expenses, and business trends to identify opportunities and actions.
  • Develop and execute local sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Manage marketing and event budgets, vendor relationships, and local spending.
  • Ensure a strong customer experience across all brand touchpoints and handle escalations effectively.
  • Support team development, hiring, succession planning, people issues, and day-to-day studio operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of team sales management experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Automotive experience preferred.
  • Experience making data-driven decisions and holding a store or studio accountable to KPIs.
  • Proven success elevating a brand through marketing and event efforts with measurable results.
  • Experience leading sales management and driving results through others.
  • Experience in a startup or new product launch environment in an ambiguous retail setting.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet business-critical deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools such as Salesforce, and retail business systems.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year; drivers under 21 must have held a license for at least 3 years and complete Lucid training upon hire.
  • Ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing where applicable.
  • Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Guaranteed base salary of $110,000-$140,000 USD.
