Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and manage ongoing client relationships.
  • Lead recurring client meetings, status updates, and performance reviews.
  • Build, launch, and manage email marketing campaigns across platforms such as Mailchimp and Klaviyo.
  • Write and edit email copy, subject lines, and campaign messaging.
  • Manage website and landing page updates in WordPress and other CMS platforms.
  • Conduct SEO research, keyword research, audits, and on-page optimization support.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare client-friendly reports and performance summaries.
  • Coordinate deliverables across marketing, design, content, and leadership teams.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable tasks, timelines, and project plans.
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency in content creation, communication, reporting, research, and admin workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing account management, client-facing marketing, agency account management, or similar client success roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, Canva, or Adobe Express is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or paid media reporting is preferred.
  • Experience supporting executive-level clients is preferred.
  • Experience in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment is preferred.
