Description

  • Develop and implement an innovative European collision repair strategy aligned with Lucid’s brand standards.
  • Establish, grow, and manage a third-party body shop network to support regional expansion.
  • Build and lead the European collision repair program team as the business scales.
  • Monitor partner performance using KPIs such as safety, quality, cycle time, key-to-key, first-time-right, and NPS.
  • Address underperformance and disengage non-compliant partners when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Parts and Supply Chain teams to optimize body parts distribution across Europe.
  • Resolve operational escalations quickly to maintain repair flow.
  • Embed, audit, and enforce Lucid’s SOPs and Authorized Body Shop standards.
  • Implement corrective actions to close compliance gaps across the region.
  • Partner with internal teams to adapt program software, diagnostic tools, and estimating platforms for European operations.
  • Lead the network audit program and serve as the subject matter expert for tooling support and training.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of diverse automotive experience, including significant collision repair or vehicle painting experience.
  • Experience with premium or electric vehicle brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, or Porsche is preferred.
  • Proven track record in building and managing partner networks.
  • Prior experience managing a team.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with individuals, teams, vendors, and business partners.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or Management, or equivalent experience such as a German Master Craftsman qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and readiness to work with internal systems such as DMS.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.
  • Valid Class B driver’s license.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are preferred.
  • Background check may be required during the hiring process, in line with European data protection laws.
