Description

  • Provision new-hire accounts, equipment, and access to support day-one productivity.
  • Run joiner, mover, and leaver processes, including onboarding checklists and access revocation.
  • Deploy and support macOS and Windows laptops, including replacements, upgrades, and reassignments.
  • Coordinate shipping, returns, device wipes, and equipment recovery across the region.
  • Administer and troubleshoot endpoint enrollment and policies.
  • Manage applications across the Dragos SaaS estate.
  • Own and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents and service requests in Jira Service Management.
  • Maintain accurate asset records, CMDB data, and runbooks.
  • Provide EMEA coverage during UK/EU business hours.
  • Support global IT projects and acquisitions integrations onto Dragos standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, service desk, or systems administration in a corporate end-user environment.
  • Hands-on experience with MDM/endpoint management, including Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
  • Apple Business Manager experience is a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Atlassian environments.
  • Experience running onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access revocation.
  • Comfortable using a ticketing/ITSM tool, with Jira Service Management preferred, and working to SLAs.
  • Experience with endpoint hardware lifecycle work, including provisioning, imaging/enrollment, shipping/returns, and asset tracking.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with clear written and verbal English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first team.
  • Awareness of GDPR and UK data-protection obligations when handling personal and device data.
  • Familiarity with a CMDB and collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Confluence.
  • Exposure to endpoint patching, vulnerability remediation, and security-conscious IT operations.
  • Experience supporting the Arabic-speaking region / Middle East is preferred.
  • Experience with zero-trust and privileged access tooling is preferred.
  • Experience supporting a fast-growing or M&A-active, globally distributed company is preferred.
  • Must pass a background check as a condition of employment.
