Description

  • Directly manage EU-based consultants, incident response practitioners, and penetration testers.
  • Set performance expectations, provide continuous feedback, and create individualized development plans.
  • Lead the EMEA region through the Manager, Middle East while maintaining the reporting structure.
  • Oversee the quality and consistency of delivery outputs across EU and Middle East teams.
  • Monitor regional utilization, billable hours, and resourcing decisions with SalesOps.
  • Manage regional coverage across time zones, travel, regulatory, and language constraints.
  • Track and manage operational budgets and resource allocation across the region.
  • Partner with EMEA sales leadership to identify service opportunities and support accounts.
  • Participate in regional sales calls and help align services with commercial needs.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering or leading cybersecurity work in OT/ICS environments such as energy, utilities, manufacturing, or oil and gas.
  • Proven experience leading and developing professional services or consulting teams across multiple locations.
  • Deep experience in consulting, incident response, and/or penetration testing delivery and methodologies.
  • Experience establishing quality standards, monitoring execution, and driving process improvement across distributed teams.
  • Experience managing through sub-managers or similar reporting structures in matrix organizations.
  • Ability to navigate regional complexity including time zones, regulatory requirements, and cultural considerations.
  • Experience tracking and managing budgets across multiple regions or cost centers.
  • Strong partnership and communication skills with regional sales organizations.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams with cross-cluster staffing and resource allocation responsibilities.
  • Ability to pass a background check as a condition of employment.
