Description

  • Own a full 360° sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, closing, and handoff to onboarding.
  • Sell Loop’s full suite of solutions across net-new and existing merchant accounts, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Meet monthly and annual revenue quotas through a consultative selling approach.
  • Research and understand merchants’ business models to tailor the value proposition and pitch.
  • Act as the voice of the market by sharing customer insights with marketing, merchant success, and product teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope deals and clarify where a sale is required.
  • Work effectively in ambiguity and help shape the sales playbook as the company evolves.
  • Accurately manage, track, and forecast pipeline and revenue opportunities in Salesforce and Gong.
  • Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, Merchant Success, and other teams to maximize pipeline opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals year over year.
  • Experience owning a full-cycle sales motion, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing, and handoff.
  • Ability to sell to multiple stakeholders across customer experience, technical, product, and accounting teams.
  • Strong curiosity and the ability to uncover business opportunities through thoughtful questioning.
  • High ownership mentality with the ability to drive process and manage your own pipeline.
  • Data-driven approach to prioritization, forecasting, and performance improvement.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships, and Merchant Success.
  • Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Clay, and maintaining strong CRM hygiene.
  • Experience with Shopify, ecommerce, or the post-purchase ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Startup experience and familiarity with fast-growing, evolving environments.
  • Must be located in the United States.

  • Base salary of $98,753 per year.
  • Eligible for an annual commission expected to be $98,753.
