Description

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for brokerage customers using the Back Office product.
  • Handle customer support primarily through email, with phone and chat as secondary channels.
  • Log support interactions and customer issues in the ticketing system.
  • Manage, prioritize, and triage a personal case backlog and workload.
  • Work with peers to diagnose, test, and resolve customer software issues.
  • Answer customer questions accurately while maintaining strong email and telephone etiquette.
  • Support broker accounts and account-level needs using knowledge of Lone Wolf Foundation.
  • Submit Jira tickets for bugs and issues and track them through resolution.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the product and customer experience based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience using or supporting Back Office is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of customer support experience preferred.
  • Accounting knowledge is ideal.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, or a similar ticketing system preferred.
  • Knowledge of Remote Desktop is an asset.
  • Chat support experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Lone Wolf Foundation is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software is required.
