Description

  • Manage 10–20 open requisitions at once across multiple functions.
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and pipeline-building through offer close.
  • Build sourcing pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound outreach, and referral programs.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to define role needs and candidate profiles.
  • Own Greenhouse end to end, including requisition setup, pipeline management, data accuracy, and reporting.
  • Create and publish job postings across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Design structured interview processes, coordinate scheduling, and collect timely feedback.
  • Maintain recruiting templates, workflows, documentation, and hiring dashboards.
  • Keep hiring timelines on track, identify bottlenecks, and improve time-to-fill and candidate experience.
  • Coach hiring managers and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
  • Hands-on sourcing experience with proactive pipeline building, not only inbound applicant management.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and ownership of the system.
  • Experience managing 10+ concurrent requisitions across multiple functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to partner with, influence, and push back on hiring managers.
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience owning or building a talent acquisition function from scratch (preferred).
  • Background in People Operations or HR with comfort blending TA and broader people work (preferred).
  • Familiarity with recruiting analytics and building hiring reports for leadership (preferred).
  • Experience hiring across marketing, design, product, and operations teams (preferred).
  • Interest in growing into a people manager as the team scales (preferred).
