Description

  • Lead and develop a recruitment team hiring across multiple functions and levels.
  • Own and improve the end-to-end hiring process, including pipeline strategy, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring quality.
  • Partner with business leadership to understand hiring needs and support workforce planning.
  • Ensure quality of hire aligns with business objectives and performance goals.
  • Mentor, coach, and support recruiters across different specializations.
  • Build scalable sourcing strategies for key roles.
  • Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnels using data insights.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners in the Fintech industry.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across various functions.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring specialists across different domains.
  • Hands-on approach with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Client-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions.
  • Self-starter with high motivation and adaptability.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and manage changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
