Description

Define and execute the long-term roadmap for Talent Discovery based on business objectives and historical data.
Refine and monitor hiring KPIs to improve team productivity and hiring success.
Use talent analytics to inform resourcing needs, identify hiring trends, and guide strategic decisions.
Lead and develop a global team across the U.S., EMEA, and India, including managers of managers.
Create a high-performance, inclusive team culture that supports learning, growth, and psychological safety.
Act as a consultant to Recruiting Leadership and executive stakeholders by providing delivery projections, market intelligence, and talent mapping.
Advance global sourcing capabilities through new tools, AI, and training initiatives.
Build cross-functional partnerships to align Talent Discovery operations with global business priorities.
Ensure the team is deployed against the company’s most critical hiring gaps to maximize impact and ROI.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
4+ years of direct people management experience in a high-growth technology environment.
Proven experience leading sourcing or full-lifecycle teams focused on technical talent.
Additional experience overseeing Sales or GTM functions is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through organizational change and ambiguity.
Strong talent analytics skills, including deep-dive analysis beyond surface-level metrics.
Exceptional executive presence and the ability to influence senior leadership.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality deliverables for C-suite stakeholders.
Expert-level knowledge of top talent sourcing tools and passive outreach strategies, including AI-enabled workflows.
Experience leading or partnering with international teams and navigating global employment markets.

Base salary range of $104,000-$204,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates.
