Description

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters to improve performance, activity levels, and output.
  • Monitor team KPIs and hold recruiters accountable for follow-up and candidate engagement.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and onboarding support to new and junior recruiters.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans where needed.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex requisitions and recruiter queries.
  • Drive proactive headhunting and sourcing strategies beyond inbound leads.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through placement for senior or high-priority roles.
  • Conduct briefing sessions with internal stakeholders and clients to clarify role requirements.
  • Maintain an active, up-to-date, and fully utilised candidate database.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and support process improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience with at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Experience coaching and managing recruiters.
  • Strong headhunting and proactive sourcing experience; this is not a reactive, inbound-only role.
  • US market recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Experience in medical, healthcare, or therapy staffing is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong closing skills with the ability to drive and inspire team performance.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fully remote environment.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM platforms, plus basic MS Office skills including Outlook.
