Description

  • Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy to deepen connection and drive repeat purchase behavior.
  • Build and launch Lola Blankets’ loyalty program, including its structure, tiers, benefits, and ongoing engagement.
  • Lead retention and loyalty strategy across the website and mobile app.
  • Partner with Brand and Creative to design storytelling moments, VIP touchpoints, and experiential retention initiatives such as events, access, and exclusive drops.
  • Develop segmentation, personalization, and analytics frameworks to guide lifecycle strategy and measure LTV, repeat rate, and cohort performance.
  • Lead lifecycle channels including email, SMS, and direct mail, while managing the CRM and loyalty tech stack.
  • Manage the Senior Retention Marketing Manager and future retention associates.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Brand, Product, Ecomm, CX, and Paid Media to create a unified customer ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or loyalty marketing at a high-growth DTC brand, luxury brand, or top-tier agency.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Direct experience building or operating successful loyalty programs or community-driven customer ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to create experiential, brand-led retention moments such as events, VIP access, and exclusive offerings.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Brand and Creative teams.
  • Ability to blend storytelling with performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in segmentation, cohort analysis, and LTV-based strategy.
  • Track record of owning a lifecycle roadmap and delivering measurable improvements in repeat purchase and retention.
